I’ve never been someone who only focuses on work and goals. I like fun. I need fun.
But here’s what used to happen:
When I was working on my health, that became my whole world.
When I was chasing business goals, everything else took a backseat.
I’d go all-in on one thing… and then realize I’d let everything else slide.
Health up, relationships down.
Career up, personal joy on pause.
I was living in extremes, and honestly? It made me feel scattered, guilty, and overwhelmed.
That’s when I discovered a better way—something that brought clarity without expecting me to do everything at once.
Each quarter, I use the Full Focus Life Domains to zoom out and ask:
Where am I thriving? Where am I neglecting something that matters to me?

💭 Note to Self: What I’m Learning
So… what did I learn this week?
When you’ve got multiple life domains colliding—family, business, health, friendships, work restarting—it’s easy to feel grateful and totally scattered at the same time.
That was me recently.
I had so many good things happening at once: time with friends, quality moments with family, space for self-care, momentum in my business… all good things.
But as an Enneagram Nine, I hit that familiar wall—sloth mode. Not because I was lazy, but because I couldn’t figure out what to focus on first. So I didn’t.
And honestly? That was okay. I needed that moment.
But here’s what I realized after the fun and the full calendar:
I needed a reset.
A reset isn’t failure.
It’s a pause. A breath.
A moment to say: What matters most right now?
Sometimes it’s a day. Sometimes a week. But always—it’s grace.
So if you’re feeling pulled in too many directions, try a reset.
Slow down. Recalibrate. Choose one thing to focus on next week.
You’ll be surprised how much clarity shows up when you stop trying to do it all.
🔧 Try This:
Each quarter, look at 10 areas—not just work and money.
(Yes, I even added a 10th: your environment. Because your space affects everything.)
Pick one or two areas to strengthen.
Keep enjoying the rest.
And remember: progress ≠ pressure.
