...You Don't Have To Do It Alone

You Were Never Meant
to Do This Alone

Terrie Power Coaching

There are really no words to describe last weekend… but you know me, I’m going to try.

I spent the weekend at an in-person retreat with a group of women I usually only see online through the Wholehearted Coaching Collective.

And being in the same room?

It was something different.

There’s something powerful about sitting across from people who get you… without you having to explain every part of yourself.

We spoke the same language.

And not just the easy, encouraging kind…

The kind where people will lovingly tell you the truth you’ve been avoiding.

The kind where you’re seen, supported, and stretched at the same time.

That kind of community changes you.

And I can say this honestly…

I would not be moving forward the way I am right now without community.

Terrie Power Coaching exists because of communities like that.

Wholehearted. Full Focus. And so many others along the way.

So I keep coming back to this question:

Why do we insist on doing life alone?

Because if I’m honest, it would have been easier not to go.

It took time.

It took money.

It took a willingness to step into something uncomfortable.

But it was worth every bit of it.

And maybe you’re reading this thinking…

“I don’t have that.”

You’re working toward something meaningful.

But it feels slow. Heavy. Like you’re carrying it all by yourself.

You’re the one making the plan…

Keeping yourself motivated…

Trying to figure out what’s next…

And hoping it all works.

That’s exhausting.

You weren’t meant to do it that way.

This is why I care so much about what I’m building.

A space where you don’t have to do it alone.

Where people understand how you’re wired. (I almost spelled weird here accidentally, but then that would work as well.😊)

Where you’re encouraged and challenged.

Where momentum actually starts to build… because you’re not carrying it by yourself anymore.

And because of that…

I want to give you an opportunity.

I’ve had several people reach out and say they missed registration for the Enneagram cohort.

So I’m extending it until the end of today.

We had our first session on Tuesday, but you can watch the replay and be fully caught up this weekend.

Also… a lot of people said they didn’t sign up because they weren’t sure of their Enneagram type.

I get that.

So if you join today, I’m including a free typing session to help you figure that out.

(That alone is worth the cost of the cohort.)

If you’ve been on the edge…

This is your moment.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

You can join us HERE

Or just hit reply and ask me anything. I mean that.

I love helping people find clarity, build momentum, and actually move forward in a way that fits who they are.

And sometimes the first step is just choosing not to do it alone anymore.

— Terrie

P.S. If the cohort doesn’t feel like the right fit right now, but you know you still need support… let’s talk. We can create a personalized momentum plan that actually fits your life and how you work. I have a few spots open for new clients, and I care deeply about walking alongside you in this. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

A Better Way to Plan Your Work Terrie Power Coaching … I had a realization this week while building my new work schedule. And honestly, it changed how I’m thinking about this next season. As many of you know, I officially retired from education. (Still feels weird to type that.) After 27 years in schools, I’m stepping fully into Terrie Power Coaching full-time. Which is exciting. And also a little disorienting if I’m honest. Because when you leave a career with built-in rhythms, structure,...

Finding a way Terrie Power Coaching … A funny thing happened this week. Retirement finally made me sad. Which feels like interesting timing because when this lands in your inbox, I’ll be retiring from education tomorrow! Eeek. Whew. I’m excited. Truly. I was standing in my dining room putting away flowers, decor, and the last little pieces from Nathaniel’s wedding while getting ready to clean out two classrooms this weekend, when it hit me. This is real. Not in the abstract “someday I’ll...

Work With Your Genius Terrie Power Coaching … Last week, I asked you to notice what drains you. Not what’s hard. Not what takes the longest. What quietly drains your energy… even when you’re perfectly capable of doing it. And based on some of the replies I got? This hit a nerve. Because most of us have been taught to interpret exhaustion one way: You need better discipline. Push through.Tighten the schedule.Be more consistent. But I want to suggest something different. What if the issue isn’t...
